Mongolian BBQ baked tofu sandwich on toasted rye with all the veggies from Wheatsville co-op.
Vegan sundae; scoop of salted caramel ice cream, locally made chocolate chip cookie dough globs and chocolate sauce from Sweet Ritual. I was torn between coming here for dessert, or grabbing a vegan donut from the co-op! Ice cream won out my heart.
Austin is winning the cross country vegan olympics, CLEARLY. My tummy is so full of happy!
Now I'm off to see a show in Austin's fringe festival!
